The sale of a Farmington retail property last year was financed with $6.3 million from Washington Trust, according to a recent statement from the firm.
Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided the financing to W.H.M. Realty LLC to finance the acquisition of a 12,900 square-foot, free-standing CVS Pharmacy. W.H.M bought the property for $9.15 million on Oct. 10, 2018, according to town land records. The 2.04-acre property is situated on the corner of Main Street and Scott Swamp Road. The building, which was built in 2013, includes access points from both avenues, a drive-thru window, and on-site parking for 72 vehicles.
“Washington Trust is happy to provide financing on this well-located asset while expanding our relationship with our long term client W.H.M. Realty,” Julia Anne M. Slom, Washington Trust senior vice president said in a statement.
