A two-building Norwalk property along a busy commercial corridor is being marketed as a potential redevelopment opportunity.

CBRE has been named exclusive agent for sale or lease of 520 Main Ave., which contains 35,000 square feet suitable for retail, medical or office use and 234 feet of frontage along Route 7. The 2.3-acre property’s zoning allows for a variety of redevelopment uses.

Originally constructed as headquarters for Tuchy Construction Co., the property has been leased to Best Friends Pet Care since 1996.

CBRE’s Robert Crane and Jeffrey Gage represent the current owners.
