The property hosting the only supermarket in Stamford’s Harbor Point is now for sale.

The Stamford Advocate first reported the listing. Cushman & Wakefield is listing the property.

The total building has 85,020 square feet, according to the listing, and is 100 percent leased to Fairway Market, which currently operates a 51,187-square-foot store on the property at 699 Canal St. The overall site is 4.73 acres. The property is appraised at $35 million, according to city property records.

The neighborhood contains roughly 3,000 new luxury units constructed as part of the city’s long push to redevelop the Harbor Point neighborhood.
