Greenwich Agent Named Top Producer

A Greenwich real estate agent has been named the top-producing Berkshire Hathaway agent in New England and New York.

Julianne Ward was named the top agent in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York and Westchester Properties in 2018 by gross commission income at a company ceremony on March 28. In addition, she ranked eighth in the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Global Network of nearly 50,000 agents, by GCI.

Several other Connecticut agents were also recognized for their achievements in 2018.

The Lepore-Eagan Team of West Hartford was named the company’s top team by both GCI and number of homes sold. With 143 sales totaling nearly $50 million in volume, they also placed 88th out of the entire company.

Nancy Reardon of Granby was named the company’s top sales executive by homes sold. Reardon sold 101 homes in 2018.
