A stalled New Haven apartment complex may finally become a reality after a shake-up on the project’s development team.

New Canaan-based developer Doug Gray told the New Haven Independent that Denver, Colorado-based developer Brent Anderson has left the development team and investors from New York, Ohio and San Francisco have come on board.

The 400-unit complex is planned for a 13-acre parcel at 201 Munson St., across the Farmington Canal Greenway from Yale’s Science Park development and the recently rehabbed Winchester Lofts in New Haven’s Newhallville neighborhood. Gray already has zoning and environmental approval for the project and hopes to start construction later this year.
