181 Apartment Units Proposed for Windsor

A former tobacco field could become home to 181 apartment units in Windsor.

Local developer Daniel Ferraina of The Ferraina Co. is proposing to spread the units across four buildings, and pair them with 350 parking spaces and a swimming pool, the Hartford Business Journal reports.

The town’s Planning and Zoning Commission recently approved the project.
