Greenwich Hospital is expanding its presence at 75 Holly Hill Lane with the signing of a 10,000-square-foot lease.
The hospital is relocating within the 105,000-square-foot medical office building owned by Benedict Realty Group.
Since acquiring the property in 2017, Benedict Realty has added 75 parking spaces and improved accessibility to accommodate tenants in the medical and health care sectors.
CBRE’s Rob Crane and Steven Greenbush represents ownership in leasing. The property has approximately 25,000 square feet available.
“With no other large blocks of medical space available in the Greenwich market, 75 Holly Hill has become a very desirable location for healthcare providers,” Crane said in a statement. “The property’s proximity to the hospital and the additional parking that ownership created made it the ideal choice for Greenwich Hospital.”
Since acquiring the property in 2017, Benedict Realty Group has made significant upgrades, including an expansion of the parking lot, to better accommodate medical and healthcare-related tenants.
