A developer is proposing an 88-unit apartment complex for southern New London, near a similar apartment building it built recently.

A.R. Building Co. is proposing the project on Georgetown Road on vacant land next to a cluster of apartment buildings, according to The Day.

The firm bought the project’s 6.3 acres of land in November for $287,595, the paper reports.
