A pair of commercial parcels in Cheshire have sold for $1.9 million.
The first parcel at 831 South Main St. hosts a 1,858-square-foot former gas station and mini-mart on 0.43 acres. The second hosts 11,100 square feet of retail space and a commercial garage on 1.22 acres.
Toby Brimberg and Rich Guralnick of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the seller, Danaher Realty LLC. The buyer, Sami Jamal, was represented by Katherine Curry and Gary Pruitt of Century 21 in Glastonbury.
The new owners have plans to fully upgrade the building and grounds and will be affiliated with a major national brand gas company, according to O,R&L.
