Two class A office properties in Glastonbury’s Somerset Square business park have been sold for $30.3 million.

The seller was Hart Realty Advisers, a pension fund advisor with a national platform located in Simsbury. CBRE Hartford’s John McCormick, Patrick Mulready and Anna Kocsondy represented the seller and procured the buyer. Upon completion of the sale, CBRE will be engaged for both the leasing and management of 180 and 200 Glastonbury Blvd.

“The superior location, high-quality tenancy and institutional-quality of the assets generated strong interest in the property from regional investors,” McCormick said in a statement. “180 and 200 Glastonbury Blvd. represent the highest-quality office product in suburban Hartford that we have sold in the last five years.”

180 Glastonbury Blvd. is a 109,000-square-foot, 4-story, class A office building constructed in 2001. Built in 1989, 200 Glastonbury Blvd. is a 75,900-square-foot, class A office building. The two buildings share a premier Central Connecticut location in Glastonbury’s Somerset Square, a master-planned development that combines high-end retail, two major hotels, restaurants and office space. At the time of sale, the two properties were collectively 100 percent leased to tenant rent roll that includes CNA Insurance, Janney Montgomery Scott, Arthur J. Gallagher, RLI Corp. and Mahoney Sabol.
