A Chelsea Market-style food hall could be coming to downtown Hartford if a group of developers have their way.

Hartford-based Lexington Partners, Hartford-based LAZ Investments and Brooklyn-based Shelbourne Global Solutions presented plans for a $100 million project to the Capital Region Development Authority Thursday, the Hartford Courant reports.

The project would have at least 193 apartments, 84 “micro flats” and a parking garage in three separate lots on Pratt and Main streets.
