The city of New Haven will soon be getting an adult entertainment complex featuring a steakhouse, strip club, magicians and comedy.
The Venus Project was approved by the city’s board of zoning appeals on Tuesday for a parcel on Wallace Street near a building being converted to artists’ lofts, according to the New Haven Independent.
The complex will replace a disused, two-story office building near the Wooster Square neighborhood, which is seeing development spill over from downtown.
