Title professionals say their top challenge is too many responsibilities with not enough time to perform those responsibilities, according to a new report from title support firm PropLogix.

The survey of more than 400 title insurance professionals also found that 46 percent of respondents said their peers could be better at due diligence and 72 percent think lack of time is impacting how well due diligence is being performed.
