A three-phase, 44-unit subdivision in Manchester will go forward following approval from town officials on Sept. 16.

Bayberry Crossing will be built on a field off Weatherell Street, near Manchester Community College and between exits 1 and 2 on Interstate 384.

The developer is Kenneth Boynton on Vernon-based Boynton Construction. The company has built or is building at least four other subdivisions in the state, along with a handful of commercial projects.

The project includes a municipal pump house to help raise the area’s water pressure, and a large swath of open space, according to plans filed with the town.
