Stamford information technology firm Innovative Network Solutions Corp. has bought an office building at 5 Hillandale Ave. in Stamford’s Glenbrook neighborhood, just northeast of downtown.

The company plans to move from its current, 4,300-square-foot offices at 2001 West Main St. on the Greenwich line in early 2020, it said in a statement. According to the Connecticut Post, the purchase price was $2.5 million.

Its new home is a 13,000-square-foot, 2-story building accessible to two major commuter routes, Grove and Prospect streets. INSC plans to renovate the property and lease the remaining square footage to local small businesses.

“Stamford is home for INSC and we’re excited to expand our footprint in this community,” Imatiaz Allie, managing partner for INSC, said in a statement. “Investing in this new property not only allows us to grow our operation, but it also allows us to provide new, affordable space for local businesses. I see it as a win-win.”
