Westport-based real estate team Bross Chingas Bross is returning to Coldwelll Banker after 12 years away.

The team announced it has decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Global Luxury headquarters, located at 355 Riverside Ave. in Westport, after previously being affiliated with the Riverside Realty Group. Principals Barbara Bross, Alexander Chingas and Doug Bross have more than $1.4 billion in carreer sales between them and were previously affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage until 2007, at the time ranking among the company’s most successful agents. Each member has earned the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist designation

Bross Chingas Bross represented both the buyer and seller of Westport’s highest residential sale for 2019, the $10 million Compo Point estate.

Barbara Bross is a 25-plus year real estate veteran and longtime resident of both Westport and Weston. Alexander Chingas entered the real estate field in 2001, beginning his career as an agent with Coldwell Banker and is also a longtime resident of Westport and Weston. Doug Bross is a Weston and Westport native and Fairfield resident.

Also joining Bross Chingas Bross at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is Jenny Walsh, the team’s licensed sales associate and a 10-year industry veteran.
