Stamford-based William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced Ashley Breunich was named the firm’s new director of marketing.

Breunich brings eight years of prior experience with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand with expertise in many facets of marketing including digital and social media, as well as branding, graphic design, and web design and development.

Breunich most recently served in the roles of digital marketing manager and web designer with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty in Seattle, where she was responsible for conceptualizing and building the company’s digital marketing team. She and her team executed broker social media marketing, e-newsletter campaigns, blogging, website updates and online paid advertising, as well as unique agent branding and personal broker websites. She also played an instrumental role in launching a new website for the company, her new employer said, working alongside the luxury real estate web design firm Neutrino, which has served as William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty’s own web design partner since 2015.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ashley as our new head of marketing,” Vin Socci, COO of William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, said in a statement. “She brings to us a powerful skill set along with an incredible passion and devotion to hard work, as evidenced by her rapid rise in the ranks at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. I look forward to working with her in her new role.”

In addition to her extensive background in real estate marketing, Breunich has also worked with a wide variety of clients in different industries on a freelance basis, designing branding, websites, print collateral, packaging and signage. She graduated in 2012 from Fordham University with a B.A. in Visual Arts, concentrating in graphic design.
