CBRE’s Stamford office leasing specialists have been named exclusive agents for a Stamford property acquired late last year for $23 million.

Steven Greenbush and Joseph Weaver will market 30,000 square feet available at 1010 Washington Boulevard.

New England Investment Partners acquired the two-building, 148,000-square-foot complex in November from SL Green Realty of New York. SL Green paid $38 million for the property in 2007.

The property consists of a pair of 3- and 11-story interconnected buildings including a fitness center, locker rooms, covered parking, electric vehicle charging stations, coincierge service and shuttle service to the Stamford train station.

“With Stamford’s changing downtown landscape, 1010 Washington Blvd.  is poised to be one of the most sought-after addresses in the area. The building is an incredible value unmatched by most other Class A buildings in the market, located walking distance to the Stamford train station, the city’s top restaurants and the newly revitalized Mill River Park, which features a carousel, ice rink, winter beer garden, walking paths and festive programming,” Weaver said in a statement.
