Milford Land Planned for Truck Dealership Sells

A Milford industrial property with highway access has sold to the owner of a local truck dealership seeking to expand.

The property at 230 Old Gate Lane sold for $4.2 million. The 9.26-acre parcel is currently occupied by a 40,809 square-foot building.

The transaction between seller CLS Milford LLC and the buyer, an LLC controlled by Gabrielli Truck Sales owner Armando Gabrielli was brokered by Southport-based Angel Commercial.

The site has immediate access to Interstate 95 via Exit 40, and is surrounded by retail and industrial companies.

“The new dealership will create new employment opportunities in Milford,” Angel Commercial President John Angel said in a statement. “Easy access to I-95 along with highway visibility played critical roles in the site selection.”
