A planned New Haven life sciences development from Winstanley Enterprises cleared a hurdle yesterday when city parking officials approved the project’s parking proposal.
The tower’s tenants will get between 400 and 500 permits to be used in the city’s garages, according to The New Haven Independent.
The 200,000-square-foot building would rise next to Winstanley’s other life sciences building on College Street, at a time when local biotech firms are struggling to expand in the area due to a lack of suitable laboratory space.
