Newington will have to wait another year for a planned apartment complex there to take shape.
Massachusetts-based developer Cedar Point Properties says it is putting off construction of the 108-unit complex, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
Unlike many other commercial real estate projects, however, this one was not affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
Instead, HBJ reports, the delay was caused by the state’s decision to pass over the project for low-income housing tax credits.
