A Branford office building that received a second story and a renovation last year has seen its added space fully leased.
The owners of 469 West Main St., an LLC that shares an address with local apartment and office property management firm JFA Management and homebuilder Vigilotti Home Construction, added the second story, which is accessed through two new lobby areas and a newly installed elevator, in 2019. The original building was built in 1986 and is part of the Branford Hills Plaza retail property.
The 8,100-square-foot second floor will be split between Wells Thomas, a retirement and wealth management firm, and More to Say, a pediatric speech therapy and wellness practice. The former is leasing 3,750 square feet as it expands from its East Main Street location in Brandford. The latter is taking 4,350 square feet. Build-out of the spaces is expected to be completed this fall.
Richard Guralnick and Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented ownership in both leases; Brimberg also represented Wells Thomas and both represented More to Say.
Lease terms were not disclosed.
