PPE Manufacturer Adding Space in Guilford

A manufacturer of personal protective equipment has leased flex space in a Guilford property for expansion.

Bio-Med Devices Inc. leased 6,500 square feet and truck docks at 1 Shoreline Drive, a 72,000-square-foot multitenant flex building owned by Russo Real Estate LLC.

The new space is located two blocks from Bio-Med Devices’ headquarters and primary manufacturing facility at 61 Soundview Road. Bio-Med manufacturers ventilators and related medical devices.

Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group Realtors represented Bio-Med Devices in the lease negotiation, while Geenty Group’s Bill Clark represented Russo Real Estate LLC.
