A former Cushman & Wakefield executive has been named executive managing director at Colliers International’s Fairfield and Westchester county division.
Craig Ruoff has 30 years of commercial real estate experience and most recently was senior director for Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in tenant and landlord representation.
Ruoff has represented clients including Greywolf Capital Management and White Plains Hospital, and was named one of Westchester County’s “40 Under 40 Rising Stars” by the Business Council of Westchester. He also is president of the Child Care Council of Westchester’s board of directors.
