A trio of industrial buildings in Milford has sold for $2.2 million.

MNBD LLC, which is owned by the owner of and shares an address with e-commerce retailer Energy Electronics, bought the property at 252-262 Depot Road from Milford-based Kahuna Realty Group.

The buildings, built between 1970 and 1977, total, 53,000 square feet and sit on 4.67 acres, according to town records. The buildings offer between 20 and 24-foot ceilings and also include office spaces, town records state.

Tony Vitti of Colonial Properties represented MNBD, while Bruce Wettenstein and Scott Zakos of Vidal Wettenstein represented Kahuan Realty.

“This sale reinforces that properties in the Industrial sector remain in high demand. While some asset classes such as retail and office are not as strong right now, industrial and light Industrial properties, especially owner/user properties remain in short supply,” Colonial Properties President Michael Richetelli said in a statement.
