Mother-daughter agent team Carolyn Clark and Elizabeth Blanchard have joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s New Canaan brokerage. The pair bring significant experience and expertise in New Canaan and the surrounding market area including Darien, Norwalk, Stamford and Wilton, the company said in a statement.

Clark was for 20 years the the owner/broker of her own firm, Carolyn Clark & Assoc. and is a regional top producer. Most recently both Clark and Blanchard were affiliated with Houlihan Lawrence. Her pioneering efforts in home staging have led to appearances on CBS This Morning.

Blanchard followed in her mother’s footsteps in the fashion industry, building a successful business as a stylist with the men’s wear brand J. Hilburn over eight years, becoming well known in the community for her work in designing the personal wardrobes of high-net worth individuals. She started working in real estate alongside her mother during this period, and now transitions full time into the industry on a full-time basis.
