Two mixed-use properties in Milford and a commercial complex in Orange have traded hands.

Gulf Haven Development LLC, represented by Mike Richetelli, president/broker of Colonial Properties, sold 135 Gulf St. to an unnamed investor who intends to renovate and lease the property. The sale includes two buildings totaling about 5,000 square feet: a Victorian house with first floor office space and two apartments above, and a carriage house with a three-bedroom apartment and three garages, was sold for $849,000. The buyer was represented by Cindy Sloan of Coldwell Banker.

A 13,000-square-foot mixed-use building at 373 New Haven Ave. in Milford was sold for $1.6 million. The seller, Vitti Real Estate LLC, was represented by Tony Vitti of Colonial Properties. The buyer was 41 Garden Realty LLC.

Four buildings on 1.38 acres at 367-379 Boston Post Road were sold for $1.3 million to the DeMattia Cos. Inc. The buyer was represented by Arnold Peck of Arnold Peck Realty. The seller, JDW Realty LLC, was represented by Gary Bellard of Colonial Properties.

“The market continues to demonstrate that there is high demand for income-producing properties,” Richetelli said in a statement.
