An investor has bought an East Haven apartment building for $3.42 million.

White Plains-based Kisco Funding Group bought 60-70 High St. from Orange-based Green Olive Properties Management.

The 36-unit property has one building built in 1969 and a second built in 1989, according to town property records. They stand a short walk from East Haven’s The Centre business district and a short drive from downtown New Haven.

Together, the buildings are appraised at $2.45 million.

Kisco was represented by Sandy Strickland of West Hartford-based Broder Commercial, while Green Olive was represented by Fred Messore of Orange-based Colonial Properties.
