Branford Property Sold to PPE Distributor

A three-building complex in North Branford has been sold for $1.72 million to a company that plans to use the 32,000-square-foot space for storage and distribution of personal protective equipment.

Fowler Road LLC acquired the 4.45-acre property at 49 and 55 Fowler Road from Russ & Russ Realty LLC.

The transaction includes a 20,000-square-foot warehouse with 32-foot clear heights completed in 2013 and a pair of smaller buildings completed in 1970.

Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group was the sole broker in the transaction.

Guilford Savings Bank provided acquisition financing.
