Real Estate Attorney Elected CREW-CT President

Kathleen M. Mylod

A partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP in Hartford will lead the networking and leadership organization Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW-CT) in 2021.

Kathleen Mylod co-chairs the firm’s real estate, environmental, land use and construction practice group.

The organization named Andrea L. Gomes, a senior associate at Hinckley Allen LLP, as its president-elect and national delegate.

Other members elected to the organization’s slate of officers were Secretary Josephine C.A. Aberle of Valbridge Property Advisors – Italia & Lemp Inc., Treasurer Edward Engberg of Whittlesey PC and National Delegate Janet L. Wheeler of Kaestle Boos Associates Inc. Melissa Ferrucci of CohnReznick LLP is the group’s immediate past president.

CREW-CT recently opened nominations for its 2021 Blue Ribbon Awards, which recognizes outstanding projects in Connecticut commercial real estate.
