Boston-based hospitality consultants Pinnacle Advisory Group have formed a strategic alliance with CHMWarnick, which operates a Fairfield satellite office, to provide business strategies to help the struggling hotel industry recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The alliance will provide consulting services to approximately 80 hotels totaling more than 32,000 rooms nationwide including major brands such as Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt along with independent properties.
CHMWarnick will give Pinnacle clients access to its asset management and accounting platforms, while Pinnacle will provide its market research on acquisition opportunities, development planning and hotel management.
“By drawing on each company’s distinct strengths, this alliance allows us to offer the most comprehensive services available and expanded benefits for our clients,” Pinnacle Advisory Group Principal Rachel Roginsky said in a statement.
As the COVID-19 pandemic shut down many hotel properties and decimated occupancy at others, hotels are looking for more guidance than ever on operations, acquisitions and development.
“Lenders are demanding loan payments and now and straetegic plans on how properties will emerge stronger and better positioned,” Roginsky stated.
CHMWarnick provides asset management for over 70 hotels containing 29,000 rooms and is representing clients on $2 billion in hotel developments nationwide.
Founded in 1991, Pinnacle Advisory Group provides asset management for six hotels totaling 786 rooms, ranging from boutique inns and resorts to university campus and airport locations.
