Shelton-based William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance has brought on a new executive to lead its marketing efforts.
Lisa Carpenter will become the company’s chief marketing officer and oversee the company’s marketing department and services, lead generation divisions and luxury properties, the company said in an announcement.
Carpenter brings an extensive resume to the job. Before joining William Raveis, she was the worldwide marketing leader at IBM’s Global Consulting Services business and a senior brand manager in PepsiCo’s beverage division, where she helped launch and grow new brands.
“Our company has a unique value proposition as the only family-owned luxury brokerage offering real estate, mortgage and insurance services under one roof to ensure our clients get the best possible experience. As we expand, we continue to push ourselves to what we can achieve,” Ryan Raveis, co-president of William Raveis, said in a statement. “We hand-picked Lisa to continue to grow and enhance our marketing efforts across all of our businesses and highlight our differentiating high-tech and high-touch approach. Lisa’s experience in global services marketing perfectly aligns with our family business culture and our eye on innovation with personalization.”
The move comes as the company’s brokerage arm promotes its new automated marketing platform, called “RAMP” or the Raveis Automated Marketing Platform. The proprietary software offers real estate agents a mobile-optimized platform, “comprehensive” analytics, lead-tracking.
“We are always reinventing real estate for the better, and RAMP is the smartest and fastest way to turn a listing into a sale,” said Raveis. “It reduces a listing’s time-to-market, maximizes marketing firepower, and provides full transparency to clients throughout the process.”
