Commercial Condos Sell for $825K

A dozen office and flex condominiums in Clinton have sold to a single buyer.

The purchase price for the units at 112 Nod Road was $825,000. They represent most of a 17-unit property at that site.

The buyer, Alex Olson, will use seven of the 12 units for his concrete polishing and sealing business, according to The Geenty Group. The Branford commercial real estate brokerage’s Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty were the sole agents in the transaction.

Seller 141 Real Estate Investments LLC bought the units in 2008 for $868,000, according to public records.

Olson will use the remaining five units he bought as investment properties, Geenty said, noting that some of their tenants have occupied them as long as 17 years.
