Lynn Giroux

Essex Savings Bank has elevated two senior staff to higher roles.

Lynn K. Giroux, formerly senior vice president and chief administrative officer, has assumed a new role as senior vice president and chief operations officer, a new position.

Nathan Bordeleau, formerly assistant vice president and credit officer, has been promoted to vice president and credit officer.

Giroux has spent the last 22 years at Essex Savings Bank, whereby she oversees human resources, compliance, branch administration, deposit operations, loan administration and facilities. Bordeleau began his career with Essex Savings Bank in April 2013, as a Credit Analyst.

Giroux was the recipient of the 2014 Women of FIRE (Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate), a prestigious award formerly given by The Commercial Record to women who have achieved excellence and make a difference in these traditionally male-dominated fields.
