Logistics Company Leases 100K SF at Meriden Development

A Branford logistics company will occupy 100,000 square feet at a new warehouse and distribution facility under construction in Meriden.

R&R Freight Logistics signed a seven-year lease at 850 Murdock Ave. in an over-$4.5 million transaction brokered by Kevin Geenty, vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors.

R&R is in the midst of a multi-year consolidation and expansion of its operations, according to The Geenty Group. The company sold its Fowler Road headquarters in Branford in March for $1.75 million.
