The Connecticut chapter of the CCIM Institute has named its new leadership team for 2022.
Eric Amodio of Amodio & Co. Real Estate will be the 2022 chapter president. His term starts Jan. 1.
“2022 is shaping up to be a huge success for the chapter, with many new in-person events planned,” Amodio said in a statement. “We truly can’t wait to see our members and sponsors face to face. As your new president, my door is always open; I want to hear from you. Our job is to help members close deals!”
Three others were named to leadership roles:
- Vice President: Stephanie Romano Shaw, Sentry Commercial
- Treasurer: Stephanie Coleman, JLL
- Secretary: Scott Hollister, David Wesley Real Estate
The Connecticut CCIM Chapter Inc. is one of more than 55 CCIM Institute chapters created to improve benefits to CCIM members and increase their involvement in the organization’s networking and comprehensive education for commercial real estate professionals, as well as legislative, national, and global activities.
