Built in 1988, 1000 Corporate Row is a 28,500-square-foot industrial building on 2.30 acres.
Sold by Buhl Land East III LLC and bought by Pacer Group Holdings LLC, the property is double-net leased by GKN Aerospace until December 2031.
O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the buyer and procured the seller.
