Long-time Windsor Federal employee Lisa Serra has been promoted to assistant vice president and portfolio manager in the Windsor-based bank’s commercial team.
“Lisa has been an integral part of the growth of our Credit and Commercial departments,” Luke Kettles, executive vice president and chief loan officer at Windsor Federal, said in a statement. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and strong credit and lending acumen to her role, as well as a commitment to strengthening relationships with our business partners and community members.”
Serra joined Windsor Federal as a credit analyst in 2001 and was promoted to commercial loan portfolio manager in 2021. The bank said she has had success managing portfolios and providing detailed loan recommendations.
“I am grateful for the opportunities Windsor Federal has provided and the positive relationships formed, both with our clients and with local businesses,” Serra said in the statement. “It is fulfilling to work for an institution that demonstrates commitment to the community it serves.”
