Central Connecticut’s Century 21 AllPoints Realty announced it is merging with another Century 21 brokerage serving the Florida panhandle.
AllPoints is headquartered in Southington and maintains 10 offices from Stamford to Enfield. The 400-agent brokerage was 21st in the nation among all Century 21 affiliates in 2021 according to RealTrends. According to the company’s merger announcement, it has also “been recognized for its coaching, technology, and training achieving the #1 ranking for CENTURY 21® Brokerages in Connecticut since 2000.”
The brokerage it’s merging with, Century Blue Marlin Pelican, was 71st among Century 21 affiliates in 2021 according to RealTrends’ most recent ranking of the nation’s brokerages. It maintains eight offices from Panama City, Florida to Pensacola, Florida.

The combined company will provide residential and commercial brokerage services, along with investment real estate advising and long-term rental services.
