Dana Flanagan, an agent with international luxury brokerage NestSeekers, is leaving that firm for not one, but two separate Sotheby’s International Realty brokerages.
Flanagan will serve the Connecticut and South Florida markets out of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Hartford County office and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Fort Lauderdale office, respectively.
Flanagan has worked in the real estate industry for 20 years, an announcement from William Pitt Sotheby’s said, and closes over 85 home sales worth around $35 million annually. The Connecticut native is also a president of international real estate with Wall Street Luxury, a concierge service for ultra-high net worth clients that delivers luxury real estate opportunities, marketing solutions and vacation and destination experiences, William Pitt Sotheby’s said.
“Dana is an experienced, detail-oriented and passionate sales associate who cares deeply about her clients,” Alex Ohlandt, brokerage manager for William Pitt Sotheby’s Hartford-area office said in a statement. “She is skilled in the art of making connections and delivers excellent, personalized service and results. I am so excited to welcome her to our team.”
Flanagan has also made her mark in the real estate television space. She is a host and producer with several lifestyle and real estate TV shows airing nationally, including American Dream TV, A Taste of Winter and Dining Divas.

Flanagan will be bringing two sales associates with her to support her business: Ryan De Lello, an experienced agent in Connecticut, and Jessica Nevin, a dually licensed agent in New York and Florida who lives in Fort Lauderdale.
