Marine Parts Distributor Leases Old Saybrook Property

A distributor of boating industry equipment will open a new warehouse in a former Old Saybrook office building after leasing 29,319 square feet.

Land ‘N’ Sea Distributing, a division of Brunswick Boat Group, signed a three-year lease at 141 Mill Rock Road East, The Geenty Group, Realtors announced.

The former office building was updated with a truck dock and interior improvements to support the new warehousing use.

Geenty Group’s Kevin Geenty represented Land ‘N’ Sea Distributing and landlord Mill Rock Leasing LLC in the negotiations.
