Water Treatment Company Expands in Old Saybrook

An Old Saybrook manufacturer of water treatment systems is expanding its local operations after leasing space at 139 Mill Rock Road East.

Water Technologies LLC leased 15,326 square feet for additional research and development space and future expansion.

The firm has two existing offices in Old Saybrook, including a 4 Business Park Road headquarters, and manufacturers infiltrators used for filtering septic waste at manufacturing plants in the southeastern U.S.

Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group, Realtor negotiated the lease on behalf of Water Technologies and landlord, Mill Rock Leasing LLC.
