New data from The Warren Group, publisher of The Commercial Record, shows the statewide median single-family home sale price dropped slightly last month compared to February 2022. But the median condominium price jumped 17 percent.

Across Connecticut, 1,269 single-family homes and 468 condos changed hands in February, representing 36 percent and 31 percent drops year-over-year, respectively. The median sale price of those single-family houses was $315,000; that of condos was $225,000.

The total number of single-family homes sold hit 2,925 through Feb. 28, with a median sale price also of $315,000. One thousand and forty condos were sold over the same period at a median sale price of $220,000.
