Restaurant, Marijuana Dispensary Coming to Orange

Southern CT Wellness & Healing, a medical marijuana dispensary, has leased 4,156 square feet at 175 Boston Post Road in Orange, a former TD Bank branch.

Gary Bellard of Colonial Properties Inc. represented the landlord, Khiman Pursnani and Vandana Pursnani. Jon Angel of Angel Commercial represented the tenant.

Down the road at 464 Boston Post Road, the 5,000-square-foot former location of Prime 16, has been leased to Sayori Restaurant. The tenant was represented by Caroline Chao of Calcagni Real Estate; Bellard represented the landlord, Leveraged Equities LLC.
