North Haven’s Pearce Real Estate and Milford’s Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio Real Estate recently announced the arrival of new residential real estate agents to their respective ranks.
Wareck D’Ostilio said Holly Pietrunti Vogel recently affiliated with its Milford office. She joins the brokerage after 20-plus years involved in her family’s construction and real estate business. The brokerage also said it was bringing on new agent Jared Krinksy, a former Sikorski Aircraft software engineer who will be working out of its Woodbridge office.
“Our company’s continued growth over the past years, coupled with innovation, strategic planning, business integrity, and a demonstrated commitment to our clients, is why Jared and Holly joined our team,” John Wareck, Wareck D’Ostilio managing broker/owner, said in a statement. “We are delighted to welcome them to Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio and look forward to a great future together.”
Separately, Pearce Real Estate announced newly minted agent Connor Pollick had joined its Wallingford office. Pollick comes to the brokerage after a varied career in construction and sales.
“We are thrilled to introduce a fresh face to the Pearce Real Estate family – our dynamic and dedicated new real estate agent, Connor Pollick,” Pearce company President Nanette Pastore said in a statement. “With a strong background in social work, construction, and sales, Pollick brings a unique blend of skills, experience, and a passion for helping others to our team.”
