An affiliate of major industrial landlord Winstanley Enterprises has picked up a Windsor distribution center from its current owners, a German real estate investment fund.

The Hartford Business Journal first reported the sale.

According to a warranty deed filed with the Windsor town clerk’s office, an LLC that shares Winstanley’s Massachusetts address bought 200 Old Iron Ore Road for $122.3 million from Deka Immobilien Investment Gmbh on Aug. 9. The Windsor town assessor appraised the property at $117.35 million; Deka Immobilien had bought the property for $105.5 million in 2016.

The 89-acre property hosts a 2014-vintage, 1.06 million-square-foot distribution center leased to Amazon, according to town property records.
