Thomaston Savings Bank announced the opening of its newest branch at 233 Main St. in New Britain. This is the bank’s 16th location.
Most notable among the bank’s services and features: bilingual staff fluent in Spanish, English and Polish so that “language is not a barrier to quality banking,” the bank said in its announcement.
“We are delighted to join the New Britain community. This new location will continue to bring high quality customer service, a robust product suite, and a bilingual team ready to help you on your financial journey. We look forward to serving our new neighbors,” bank President and CEO Stephen Lewis said in a statement.
Like all Thomaston branches, the New Britain location is staffed with a commercial lender, business development officer, residential lender and a broker in addition to ordinary branch staff.
“We are excited to officially be part of the City of New Britain. We look forward to helping our clients reach their financial goals and supporting this vibrant community!” branch manager Huascar Beato said in a statement.
