Wealth Management Firm Expands in Darien

A wealth management firm that recently leased a new office in Darien announced plans to relocate to Baywater Properties’ Corbin District development in late 2025.

Boston-based Crestwood Advisors signed a 10-year office lease at One Market, part of the 11-building mixed-use development in downtown Darien.

Crestwood is a boutique wealth management and investment advisory firm. It recently relocated from 1020 Post Road to 23 Old Kings Highway South to accommodate growth. The future location at One Market will provide additional office, meeting and client parking space, Crestwood Advisors announced this week.

Darien-based Baywater Properties began the 7-acre redevelopment bordering Boston Post Road and Corbin Drive in 2019. The ongoing project is bringing 11 new buildings containing apartments, retail, office space and restaurants to the neighborhood.
