A shopping plaza that’s part of a major commercial corridor in Rocky Hill has traded hands for $11 million.
Located at 377-397 Cromwell Ave., Hillview Plaza and Hillview Plaza North contain 34,656 square feet and sit on 4.04 acres, according to town property records. The main property was built in 1990, with an outbuilding containing a Webster Bank branch and a restaurant was built in 2005.
Notable tenants within the shopping center include Dunkin Donuts, and 11 other retailers that brokerage Chozick Realty described as “long-established.”
“The diverse tenant mix contributes to the vibrancy and attractiveness of Hillview Plaza as a commercial hub with a stable and attractive tenant base,” the brokerage said in announcing the deal, brokered by the company’s Tom Boyle and Jordan Pinto.
The seller was Farmington-based Cornerstone Properties and the buyer was Hartford-based Marconi Enterprises.
