A small office building in Fairfield has sold for $1.95 million.
Sitting at a neighborhood crossroads near the town’s second Metro-North train station, 883 Black Rock Turnpike traded hands between an LLC registered to a Westport residential address and an LLC controlled by a Fairfield “naturopathic” clinic owner at the end of December.
The 2-story, 8,937-square-foot building was built in 1979 and appraised at $1.8 million according to town property records.
Angel Commercial LLC represented the seller, while the buyer was represented Ted Hoyt of Hodson Realty Inc.
According to a statement from Angel Commercial Vice President Eva Kornreich, the buyer plans to move her clinic to the building’s second floor and continue leasing out the ground floor to existing tenants
“The property’s strategic location offers excellent visibility and neighborhood amenities, as well easy access to I-95,” she said.
